rebelwoman87
I might be in the minority, but I prefer HS sports to college and pro.Me too. Always have. Dislike Pro much more as I get older. I've not watched 5 minutes of an NBA game since 95. Edited November 29, 2015 by rebelwoman87
big red big blue
As an objective private school fan, it is my opinion that last year Maryville (6-a champ) was better than MBA (d-2aa champ). Watched both extensively and that is just my opinion. This year...this BA team is the best team TN has seen in a long time. Maryville is the only team in the state that could give them a game. DominateTheTrenches
How does it end??? I think similar to last year, but not as high scoring (35-34). I'll go with Maryville 21 Ravenwood 17. I will say though, that if Ravenwood has a chance at the end with a FG, that kicker from Ravenwood seems to be pretty legit. tnnitehawk
Our little ole kicker isn't to bad either. He had to kick a total of 5 (almost 6) times in 22 seconds and made them all easy. There were 2 timeouts and 3 penalties called. 5 field goal kicks and only 6 points as a reward.

I guess he got some free "game situation" kicking practice. Well, I will amend my prediction and go 24-17 Maryville, give both the kickers a FG. bluedevilpride2012
This year...this BA team is the best team TN has seen in a long time. Maryville is the only team in the state that could give them a game. McCallie only lost to them by 9 and Baylor only lost to them by 12 and 17 in both meetings. Oakland and Blackman are better than both of those teams. Brentwood Academy is very good I will not dispute that however they are "best team TN has seen in a long time" type of good. I've seen them play this year too before you ask. Trinity was good this year but they weren't just "unbeatable" and BA got hammered by them. DabOnEmFolks
Ravenwood Has the only formula and type of players to beat Maryville in 6A...You could put Ravenwood and Maryville in 2 different uniforms and not tell a difference... That being said .. GO RAVENWOOD! Respect both teams and coached by two great coaches.
DabOnEmFolks
Ravenwood had the game locked away last year but only beat themselves.

Blackman barley beat Mccallie 44-42 without the Blue Tornadoes starting quarterback and Baylor was up on Mccallie 31-0 before packing it up in the fourh and winning 38-14. And yes Mccallie had everyone healthy for that game and a bye week before it. Edited December 1, 2015 by Spartan4Life
