Summer comparisons are meaningless, especially with the D2 schools, where many of the basketball players spend their summers preparing for the upcoming football season.  BA is the best Tennessee team that I saw this year.

 

I'm just curious as to who else have you seen?

And I'm aware that summer games are skewed, I was just stating facts about their summer games in Memphis and tryin to spark a DII vs public debate since the season is over lol

The other outstanding teams that I saw during the season, in addition to BA, were Blackman, Ensworth, Station Camp, Cane Ridge, East, Cordova, CBHS and Mitchell.  Also saw all of the final games.  In my opinion, BA was the best team.

they are very sharp against their competition. Curious how they would play against East in a real game due to size. But then again BA barely lost to Hamilton Heights, but i still do not believe the transplant kids(HH) are better than East.

i was also hoping for a CBHS BA rematch after watching the brothers dominate in a neutral game in FL, but ensworth had something else in mind

TJ Moss isn't apart of the Team Penny AAU program anymore, recently saw him playing for Memphis Magic at the real deal in the rock showcase. And it's very possible he will not be at East next year. I think he'll end up at Ridgeway

That's because he tried to use his same address. Name another kid that has sat out in Memphis? He will be in another uniform other than Memphis East next year. But not to worry because East is bring in another star guard that might be a better fit than Moss
