Gibson County 2016

I would say Gibson has a good chance of making it in the playoffs in the 4th spot. I am not going to say like some people do because other teams have lost a lot of talent. It is because they have some good athletes. They just have to get the mentality that they belong there

I think it will be Adamsville, JCS, TCA, Gibson County in the playoffs not really sure about the order other than Adamsville number 1. I would not be surprised if there was another 3-way tie for 2nd place.

I'm assuming you totally forgot about McKenzie, which is fine. Mistakes happen. But I want to see Gibson County take a step up, hopefully the playoffs will be a step up in progress. Can't leave out Halls as well.

GC will have to do it with a new coach....Coach Cruce resigned to take a head coaching job at a private in Little Rock, Arkansas....good luck coach...

I hope GC makes a good hire! the program can compete with everyone on the upcoming schedule (we could not say that 4 years ago) hopefully this change will excite and motivate the boys! Has anyone heard of any possible candidates?

There is a reason he hasnt been a head coach. He was ran out of Chester County. Im sure he is a great guy, GC needs someone to take them up to the next level. He was suppose to be the head for JCM back in like 2014 but then the Cougars left McCauley out to dry and hired Orenthius Taylor instead (Taylor had no business being a head coach with his resume).

 

Coach Cruce entered Gibson County rebuilding, Coach Cruce is leaving Gibson County while the Pioneers are still rebuilding. Yes they won 4 games last year with is a big success for them, but read and weep, the Pioneers beat Zion Christian (2-8), Memphis Oakhaven (0-11), and two Kentucky teams which from what I've heard, they are bad. 4 wins are 4 wins, if we going to judge them, they are playing a cupcake non-region schedule.

 

I don't know if Coach Cruce is better than Coach McCauley because I don't follow Gibson County at all, but certainly he is not worse. You're sounding like Cruce is 10X better than McCauley. I can go on and on, but I'm going to stop here.
