Heck of a game so far between Mitchell/Middleton. Mitchell is up 49-44 after 3. Amazing the number of athletes on the floor! East and Middle Tn better look out!

Well, it was a much closer game than the score. Mitchell went on about a 10-0 run and Middleton couldn't ever make up any ground. Great season to Middleton and Coach Burkley. Class act program. Final score 77-55

BTW was by far the better team tonight. As far as officiating goes this was one of the worst crews I've seen. When the timekeeper has to tell the officials wich fouls are shooting fouls, well..............

BTW was clearly the better team. Expect them and Mitchell to play for Gold Ball. East and Middle.....look out!!

BTW beat Trinity Christian 70-40. Trinity Christian had great season.

I had a good friend of mine tell me that you could be really darn good in basketball and go play a Memphis team and come home thinking that you are horrible! That's kind of how I felt last night. I feel very strongly we have a top 10 Single A team but compared to Booker T we aren't very good! That's Memphis! They will do that to you! No shame in losing to those guys. Our Senior class lost to Trezevant in Football semis and they won it all and I feel like BTW will win it all. If not, Mitchell will win it.

 

The lock down defense they play is unreal. We have some really good basketball players and good ball handlers but last night they were locked down. Middleton is a really, really good team and they lost by 25 to Mitchell! I rest my case!
