Hey upsets happen! When Hampton made it there in 83, they played the #1 team right off the bat in Houston County. Hampton had 13 losses and wasn't even supposed to be there. They won. They also made it to the finals, so anything can happen.

If they force Key to shoot and not let the big kid rebound like crazy Hampton has a chance. They aren't there by chance they play well together. I think it comes down to free throws

Oh, don't get me wrong...I feel confident in first round and believe we can play to have a chance in 2nd.

Grace Christian probably advances...but faces the same up hill battle we would if we advance as they'd play Booker T.

Big kid at clay moves well for a big kid.

Key can flat out play. The kid is the real deal. After those 2 nothing but role players. If need any scouting info feel free to holla,at me uknoit2

Best chance is to have Key shoot but that is easier said then done. He does shoot 45% from the 3 and 65% from the field. He gets alot of his points from rebounds,put backs, and steals off fast breaks. This should be a good first round game and I am excited to see it.

 

Don't forget outside of Key and Maybry they do have mostly role players however Russell, Peyton Smith, and Jon Wayne all shoot the 3 very well. They didn't have the best game against MC but each one of these 3 have stepped up and had big games throughout the year.
