Denial is not a pretty thing. I have family in Chapel Hill and even they think you're an embarassment. I'd bet you Coach Johns cringes when he reads your posts? Maybe you should ask him, he reads these boards.

The people who whine about me on here have wafer thin skin. Notice who it is, and who it isn't.

 

Who it is- So far it's a Huntland fan, a Spring Hill fan, and a Marshall Co fan. Even when Marshall gets to the semis their fans are melodramatic drama queens. Calling me a "student" or extolling the virtues of all things Chapel Hill, minus me of course, if their favorite tactic.

 

Who it isn't- Bass, who I respect, and he knows it, and he has never complained about a single thing I've written. He mixes it up and moves along. Marion, Boyd and Tyner fans don't moan about what I write either.

 

Trezevant fans are in a class by themselves. State champs, yet the most reactionary, insecure fans on this entire board.

 

Hint- if you're complaining about me, you're probably just jealous that I do this better than you. Not that I'm any good at all. I'm just an man with failing health who is too old to be PC.

You of all people shouldn't be calling anyone thin skinned.You can sit and run other teams through the mud but when someone offers up some constructive criticism YOU lose your mind. Don't try and flatter yourself. No one on these boards is jealous of you. Edited August 24, 2016 by leadfarmer

Taylor was offered by Wake Forest because he has the build and possibilities to grow into a physical specimen. I hope the kid does great in Winston Salem. Slatton Wild is another good player that should get a chance at some of the lower level D1 schools. At one time MTSU had a lot of interest in him. Is this still the case?

Don't know about MTSU, but Morehead State, Tusculum and a few NAIA' have offered Wild. I've also heard he's hearing from Citadel, VMI, Furman and Austin Peay.

Why not just come on out and reveal who you are? You got a lot to say. A whole lot to say. 2A Chapel Hill is supposed to beat 1A schools. It's not an accomplishment when they win. Smh.

You may want to leave the talent evaluations to the people who get paid to do it or to the people who actually know about football because it's obvious to everyone you have ZERO credibility or class for that matter.

I'll take the Taylor kid over EVERY player on Forrest and it's a proven fact up to this point the majority of colleges will too. How many of those kids that you listed off are 16 years old? Prob very few........and NONE of them have his talent or potential.

Taylor is a good player and a good young man...has worked hard and well deserved to get a good scholarship at a good school
