Oakdale got beat up real bad up here. It'll be hard for them to win any more games

yeah I heard the damage was pretty bad from Roan Mtn. I hate to hear it too, but the rest of their schedule isn't anything like their first 3 games. I think they will compete with every team from here out but they may lack the depth to finish a few games

Depends on whether the qbs are ok. Ohs cannot run the football. Weakest o-line I've seen besides concord and unaka.

Coach Buck is doing a good job at Jellico, They are fun to watch and can score fast, After watching Oakdale Play, I think Jellico Wins 32-20.

 

I said earlier in the year jellico is gonna improve so long as Buck stays AND the community gets behind him. I think both will happen so I think we're gonna see some very good thing out of jellico in the coming seasons. Edited by crow

Jellico better watch out though Oakdale has 2 new transfers, and they are brothers one of them is a freshman and the other one is a senior. The freshman is #68 he is 6'4 250. The senior is #72 he is 6'5 270. They will be a huge addition to the O line for the eagles this year. Jellico D line will be having a hard time getting in the backfield. My prediction for Friday night with is 42-6 Oakdale is gonna have a field day.

Where from and when did they move to Oakdale? Coalfield picked them apart through the air and Cloudland ran for over 300 yards on them so I don't see Oakdale getting many stops. Edited by TheMan2015

      Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.

      West would be a good team to get behind if they can pull it off again like last year. That championship game last year was awesome.

      I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.

      I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!

      Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
