Upperman is horrible. Any team that Grundy beats is going to be a very bad football team. That's just the truth about it this season.

We sure do! I believe a middle school could help and I want us to get better. It's just an embarrassment. Coaches doing the same things over and over though & not winning. We won't win with Tate at the helm. He could coach our middle school though.

 

 

I think a middle school would be a great idea. Will it ever happen? I doubt it because people up there don't like change plus they like that big 8 basketball to much.

The bottom line is, or should be, what is best for the kids? If the community is stuck in the 70s with big 8 basketball, then they will continue to hold their kids back. On the other hand, more kids probably get to play under that system, so I can see their argument. It is probably a nice place to live and raise a family either way.

Even if the county did want to build a middle school they wouldn't be able to afford it because we're still paying on the high school..what they should do is make one of the wings 7-8th grade and the rest 9-12 let the kids participate in sports and the pep rallies and stuff but keep the kids in their own wing

That place was condemned years ago it's a dump. It should have been bulldozed then. People need to quit living in the past with that old high school and move on. That's a fact jack!
