No way Grider leaves at least for four more years. The well is full or water until the group of eighth graders leave. After that, i can see him stepping away because there will be a dropoff. With the realignment, sp will cruise to the finals 3 of the next 4, probably getting a couple of titles also.

I know Dresden is good, but you guys will have a shot against them this year. I also think that after next year you will have 3 straight trips to the finals.

Last year people (not you obviously) were saying the Generics were done and would never be a power again. It's amazing what a difference a year makes in perception.

Dresden, Wayne County, and NCS are all three really good. We won't take the drop next year that a lot of people think we will. Should still be very competitive in 1A.
