I noticed during the NCS Collinwood game that the refs actually appeared to be coaching the NCS kids during breaks in the action...

NCS drove 95 yds with 1:42 left on the clock. Helped with a Sideline interference tacked on to a first down run, and a Pass Interference in the end zone. Hit a fade with 14 seconds left for the tying TD

hardly any penalties in the first half. so many you couldn't count with less than 5 minutes left! you don't call a sideline warning penalty with less than 2 minutes to play with the game on the line!officiating this year is the worst i have ever seen. Childress needs to pay them more and get some quality instead of the blind old men they've got now.like to see the game settled on a level playing field.

NCS started the drive after 15 Yd penalty. First play was offsides on the Eagles. Doesn't sound one sided.

The first play of the last drive was either intentional grounding or a fumble on a qb sack but nothing was called. Later on in that drive fullback jumps, no call. Multiple holds, no calls.

tough loss Stangs. Sorry to hear about bad refs. It is waaaaay too common too. No its not sour grapes either. Just look at the films. Sad their is no accountability nor any meaningful repurcussions either. Heartbreaking and sickening. But lotsa lessons to learn from it all. Stangs will be back. Betcha next year they play with a huge chip on their shoulder. NCS rolls on. Playoffs getting exciting!

Congrats to NCS on your win, can't wait to watch your eagles and our Wildcats but heads by the creek! Also congrats Huntingdon on a good year, my hats off to y'all for taking it to NCS and giving them all they wanted and had a chance to win it. I know it's tough when anything less than Cookeville seems like a total loss of a season to y'all and I respect that. I look for next year to be just like this year with it being between y'all and WC for the region, we got us a great rivalry being built as we speak! Congrats again on a good season!
