That's great for the colts. Only question is why was this not done first. That's a lot of work and money to build a stadium only to tear it down and rebuild it again.

Sometimes a coach has to do what is best for him and his family. I'm sure that's the case here. Good luck coach. If glencliff is smart they turn the team over to a coach already on staff. He will do well. He will need some help though and getting assistants to come will be a challenge.
