Riverside @ Wayne Co

Haven't heard much on Riverside this year so let's hear everybodys thoughts

I think this will be WC's biggest test so far this season. I know a lot of Riverside people are expecting a home playoff game this year in 2A. Should be a pretty good game.

Riverside not going to be bad. They went toe to toe with a Lexington team that's usually prettt good. I know they like to throw. So our db's going to get tested.

They always play tough, even years when they ain't very good, still tough

Really don't know what to expect from riverside. If they get hot throwing the ball, could be long night for cats. We need to come after the qb with pressure and not play so soft on the corners. Out tackling seems to be getting better but got to improve. I do like the match up and know they will come ready to play.

I'm not sure about Nutt but think Mathis returns for the mtp game

Heard late yesterday that Mathis could get released Wednesday. He will be a big help on both sides of the ball when he gets back. That will put our offensive line back in order.

Riverside pretty tight lip. They're usually pretty excited about this game but haven't heard a word. I know their fans usually raid Emerald's restaurant. Gotta be excited about that? Emeralds or football? Give me something.

This should be a good game. Riverside has some good playmakers in their QB and their WR. Should be a great game and it will be the best team Wayne County has played yet.

I don't think there's much doubt they'll be the best team we've played so far. Interested to see how we do against a quality team.
