Mount Juliet vs Clarksville NW

Mount Juliet is coming off of their 5th straight shutout versus in county rival Wilson Central. Northwest is coming into the game at 1-4 and seems to be down in talent this year. Overall I see the Bears taking this one with the running clock starting in the 3rd quarter. Could the Bears get their 6th shutout in a row?

Yes I do the record for shutouts is 52 back in the 1940's by Shelbyville there in Bedford County. Don't think MJ will get there but they could reach 6 games I believe.

I would be curious to see what it is in the modern era. Because that was a different time with segregation and different rules etc.

That's try to find out the modern era streak... and not during world war 2 times lol when gum was a penny.

Haha very true!!!! I'm not sure on that Henry Counry had a streak of 5 games of shutouts but that wasnt to start the season. I'm sure that 5 games to start the season hasnt been done in years!!
