I agree with you for the most part games like last night make me wonder. Cookeville was fortunate last night

It will be interesting to see who ends up 2nd behind Oakland. I still think no matter how the draw comes out that Cookeville is better than any of the other Murfreesboro schools outside of Oakland but that’s just my opinion.

I mean they had Riverdale beat so not disagreeing just think they get into trouble when they go away from what works so well

i hear Siegel was the better team last-night racking up almost 450 yards of offense , Cookville if you allow a team like Siegel to put up 450 yds and 30pt on you, according to the news report Siegel beats them self

with 4 interception an 3 fumbles, which result in cookville pionts. According to the article Wilhiote was the best back lat night.

you deserve to be in the playoff base on winning, but what can you do now that you are in, show the district that you can get by Mt Juliet, we need that from you.

    • Sounds like y'all got a lot of bodies to choose from. We lost 2 really good seniors and have 4 from Junior High that has moved up. That will give us 12 starting summer camps. As you know we all have to stay healthy. Proud Alexander and Micah are going to play together at Bethel. They were really fun to watch at the All Star game in Murfreesboro. They have real good chemistry together on the floor.
    • Baxter will do what they most always do.....at a minimum produce at least 9 Ws and run into at least the 2nd round.....Booger actually enjoyed seein them in the Gold Ball contest last season.... Booger just sayin
    • Catholic North will provide them both a decent contest Booger just sayin
    • Well personally I see us going 9-1 so that isn't doom and gloom to me , Most people are thinking 6-4. Bearden will be the possible loss but hoping not. I was very impressed with what I saw this spring.
    • the kid you are speaking about, played in JV games,  2H half Science Hill game, split time in Hardin Valley and Bearden and that was it.   The upcoming Senior RB was All Region as a Junior and is regarded by the media as one of the top running backs in East TN for 2024 season. Scouting services have him as a top 10 back in the state.  Something aint adding up with gloom and doom. Maybe he was hurt and not at spring practice when you watched?
