OR's second possession... false start on OT. Running is hard to do. 6:03 to go. OR catches pass, fumbles but Pendergrass recovers and gets extra yards, we do not get a first. Quick punts down to around the 35 yard line

SD third possession...4:35 to go in First quarter. SD picks up a first down at the 45 yard line. 3:10 left, Jeremy Michell makes a blasting tackle on third down. SD punts, Martin returns to the 14 yard line.

OR's third possession...Stewart passes, SD pass interference,  2;16 left in the first. Simpson

runs for the first first down. SD penalized for face mask, ball up to the ORs 45 yard line. @nd first down. Stewart pass to Johnson who runs down to the SD 40 yard line. OR is coming to life. Another first down  1:21 to go. OR penalized five yards. Under a minute left in first qtr.

Start of the Second quarter, OR's ball third down, penalized so Quick to punt. Fair catch at the SD 19 yard line.

SD fourth possession... Cox sacks the QB on second down .Radio keeps going out due to techn difficulties. SD punts
