Hate this game for my Cats.The worst matchup for this team is a shoot out type game.We don't have the run game or offense for it.Also worried about coming off a big win that we might have a let down on defense.If they can slow SD down it will be an amzing 2 weeks for this defense.This game is too much like last yr.We won the region on the last game of yr and gotta play a team a lot better than record shows.Plus both great offenses.Only thing I like better this yr is we have been trending up instead of like last yr when we were getting worse every week.Lets reward this team with huge crowd.RWR

Your concerns are my concerns...EXACTLY!  We are playing much better defense than this time last year and we are playing better overall.  Hopefully, that will be enough to overcome Soddy!

It's a similar situation, but I think we are in much better shape over last year.  Last year, we finished the season losing 2 out 3 games and not looking good doing it.  Like you said, our play is trending up and i anticipate we will keep riding that momentum.  Soddy is a very good team and again we face a tough first round opponent.  I think we will be ready to go and win a close one tomorrow.

The improved Wildcat defense should be the difference in this one. If Soddy is healthy and has all their guys back they will be a more balanced team than Walker Valley was last year (not as explosive) but as previously mentioned Oak Ridge enters the playoffs this year trending in the right direction and that makes a world of difference. This should be a good game. Soddy is pretty good but.....

HOMEFIELD+MOMENTUM+SOLIDDEFENSE= Wildcat Win

Of course I hope I am wrong because I would rather have Soddy at home next week (if Rhea can handle West) than have to travel, although Blankenship is a great place/ environment for a playoff game....

Lets hope yall r right.This team deserves a playoff win.I will be there cheering loud.I hope our away crowd that is loud shows up.We always have big crowds at home but they are way to quiet.RWR

Yea our defense has been way better.This is a diff kind a test though.I think a quick start will be key.
