How’s the falcons looking this year?

Hope both squads come out injury free in this scrimmage

Think they are thin in depth .. hope for no injuries too .. Falcons can't afford .. already gonna be really hampered this Friday.. already important player not dressing .. it always good to go against the toughness you guys have .. hoping we compete and play hard ... Falcons will probably be there in 5A with KC and OR  in the end .. no body I'm gonna challenge u guys .. don't think AC can pull off what they did last year .. but we will see them in scrimmage the following week .. Fulton manhandled Mo West .. had 9 TD 's .. Mo West only crossed 50 .. 1 time ...

Ya I don’t believe Ac will be a Threat to the devils. We left them in the game way to long last year and made some stupid mistakes in the first quarter. Acl injury or not it was going to be the same outcome. Defense wins championships and Greeneville proves that time after time. Looking forward to seeing you guys but I believe we will win this scrimmage lol

Word travels fast Devilman. Nothing against AE they are a decent team, but y’all are supposed to do that to them. You’ll find Fulton to be a much more daunting task I believe. But your Devils are outstanding and basically have 4a wrapped up IF no key injuries happen.

It's never a done deal but if I were going to say one team in the state has the best chance of having it wrapped up before the season starts, that would be Alcoa in 3A.

Scrimmages aren’t done to be won or lost. They are just good to get work in. Being said I’d like to see how both these teams look. BVD, can we expect a video?

I feel this is overlooked so much. How many times have we seen X beat Y in a scrimmage they are amazing. Or Y beat X in a scrimmage they are going to be horrible this year. A lot of times coaches are experimenting or running one particular type of play on offense or defense to get better. Or they are rotating as many people as possible to get as much experience and depth as possible for the season starts.

    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
    • Dorian Eskridge had a great Junior year, highlighted by a great game to lead HVA to an upset win at OR that year. I think that was 2010. In 2011 OR won at HVA. OR had a real good QB that year l think. Dorian Eskridge had a great senior year also. He always played hard from the DCM videos l saw.
