Page @ Franklin County?

You all could be right.  I am shocked that they are 2-0 after seeing them in the preseason.  Very small and unathletic.  I know nothing about FC however.

Franklin co. sure was desperate to hire ol Mac. I know he's from there but the guy has left wreckage everywhere he coached.

Page has done better than most thought. Especially after losing so much to graduation and transfer of their best running back.

I concur about Page.  Very impressive.  Heard they were without 4 starter last night too.  Will be interesting to see how they look going forward.  Also heard that FC has some athletes that looked impressive.

Page usually plays hard and smart

Franklin County had 55 plays vs Page's 50 plays. FC  total offense had 354 yards vs Page's total of 314. FC had 20 first downs vs Page's 17. The difference in the game was that FC had a first down catch  inside Page's 10 yard line on 3rd down that was penalized and was also a loss of down  that killed the drive. FC had a second penalty  that negated a touch down  right before the half. Page is a well-disciplined team and made the least hurtful penalties and therefore, won where it counts the most--the scoreboard.

Amen!  The most arrogant overrated coach.  In his mind he is the greatest.  He is a single A football coach! One stud player on that level in a weak football District he could win.  when you think more of yourself and about your W-L record its a sad situation.  Everything is someone else's fault.  Never his fault.
