I want to say a quick shout out to Randall Boldin Whitwell's coach. I got to know him the one year he was at SP after he left Waverly. He is a stand up guy and I'm confident in saying he is part of the reason Whitwell has what they have right now. 2 other Whitwell coaches have said the same thing I'm about to say but if Malone or the other guy who was crazy was still there the Tigers would be having a winning season but not the chance of a special season. I grew up with Boldin in Waverly. Just like you say, a great guy! He was a 3 sport athlete and a huge competitor. Definitely a special person. His work ethic and morals are the highest standard. Whitwell is lucky to have him as their Coach. Pulling for Whitwell in this game, I know how much it means to him and to the Whitwell community. So good luck Whitwell Tigers from the Waverly Tiger community!

I am so excited to finally see a great,great game. The weather looks absolutely perfect. Football weather I call it. Nothing like a Friday night high school football game, and plus two of the best 1a schools in TN playing. great fans. coaches, players, etc. This game has all the makings of a classic that people from both schools will talk about for years to come. Whatever the outcome I hope everyone is safe and we can all still be friends bc we have to remember, this is just a game, a very important game but at the end of the day, it's just a game.

He knew which way the ball was going as did everyone else lol he don’t normally do that

very true, everyone in the stadium knew he was getting the ball and which way he was going, we ran unbalanced double FB over QB power the whole 2nd half. We have to get to where we are not predictable, but as far as this game goes I believe Raulston and Petty are both great players, and both teams have several good players as well. Should be a knock down drag out. Going to get with a little bit of an upset, Whitwell finds a way to get it done at home, Whitwell 21-14. Oh yeah one of you pirate faithful tell grider to call coach Waggoner back anytime he wants, we will be waiting here in TC.
