Whitwell just announced the East Ridge game will be played on Aug 21 (Wed) and then will play Bledsoe on Aug 24 (Sat) then will be open on Aug 30.

Ezell Harding is not in the TSSAA for football this season.  They have gone down to the MTAC 8 man league in Football.  Webb School has taken their place in D-II A.

If Lausanne would move the ECS game to October 11, they could play Whitehaven on October 4. They probably have the open date during fall break and don't want to move it.

thinkin WH had their full of Luzziane for a while and just dandy with not puttin them back on the shedule

That's not the case at all. In fact, it's the opposite, from the sources I've asked.

 No idea what the reasoning is behind there being no game because I haven’t asked around about it. But I doubt that Lausanne backed out because of being scared or anything like that.
