Big win for the Patriots over Brentwood the other night. How's the QB looking?

He’s a really good player. Already seems to have an excellent grasp of the offense and did his job exceptionally well against Brentwood. He’s going to be a fun one to watch over these next few years.

I'm sorry but I have to say it again! We beat Brentwood with that Freshman QB!! Haha I love it!

Looking good! Getting better weekly! A great decision maker and doesnt put us in bad situations! Very smart player!

I'd say those brutal 3 or 4 games to start his career will serve him well in the long run. I'm guessing a lot of mental toughness was discovered in him

He seems to be getting better every week. I do wish they’d let him drop back and stretch the field some. I guess that will come with time. They did that in the jamboree, and he threw a beautiful 40 yard touchdown to #1. The offense is looking really good, and the defense and special teams are really playing well. This team will be a force by playoff time if everyone stays healthy.

The defense is a bunch of head hunters if you’re scared better stay home. I’m very impressed with the physicality.

Very true. I mentioned the secondary in an earlier post, but the front 7 deserves some love as well. They’ve been outstanding against the run this year and were probably the lone bright spot against Haywood. They play disciplined too. Not many mental lapses. Individually, Davy Harrod has been unblockable at times and is arguably the team’s MVP through 4 games. Shades of Gunner Osbron watching him play.

It’s a very strong unit. Could possibly give last season’s group a run for its money before all is said and done.
