Fact is Summertown held Forrest scoreless in the first half and the game was tied until 4:30 left in the 4th. In the end it was a 7 point game and Summertown gave Forrest all they wanted. Like I said above, that game coulda went either way and Forrest was the team that fortune decided to shine on that night. You said yourself that you kinda lost your breath when that wide open pass was two steps overthrown. Overtime woulda been so much fun to watch.

Forrest made adjustments with an entire team that needed to be in the infirmary. Forrest started a drive in the 3rd quarter and it lasted until about 3 minutes rremained in the game.  If those two teams played again in 3 weeks Forrest would win by 3-4 TDs

Forrest also, because summertown claimed a hardship with the travel in the summer, was forced to go there, 70 miles away, for two straight years. Summertown people should sit down and shut their mouths. Be grateful you didnt have to receive a beatdown at The Rock

Ok, so not a confirmed diagnosis, just what was thought to be a virus, but then turned out to be his appendix. It’s a good thing he didn’t take a hit during the game and it rupture.

I'll rephrase...it's good he didn't take a hit that caused it to rupture. Wasn't implying he didn't get hit.
