That game (Forrest/Lewis) was pretty amazingly statistically even

Time of posession was 24 min each exactly

Each team had 15 first downs 

Total yards was 324 to 264 according to Forrest records 

Each team had 1 sack

The only turnover was the pick that sealed the game. 

Forrest had 10 penalties for 65 yards.

A few caveats.

Lawrence County’s QB made their offense go. Hickman Co faced him. Forrest did not. He was injured in the 4th quarter of Nolensville and the team didn’t have a clue  what to do on offense the following week. 

Lewis County won their game 36-15. However, Hickman Co took a 15-14 lead into halftime. 

Loretto Is Loretto. Some weeks they want to play some weeks they do not. 
 

Hickman Co is a decent team. They are comparable in talent to Summertown. It’s possible all Four R5 vs R6 games tomorrow night are competitive.

I would compare Hickman more to Moore Co than Summertown. Which means its gonna be a good game.

From what I have read and a little research - I think Forrest has a tough, battle tested team that with cold and potential bad weather will have the goods to make a really deep run.  May not be large margins of victory every week - but who cares.
