Moore County is quick as well. This could be like the old Arena football games where the final score be something like 75-72. But, like most have said, it is too early to talk about the championship game at the moment. Didn't they play once in a Championship game? Moore County had a first year head coach that year as well as this year. Mac McCurry must have nightmares that haunt him to this day. He had been the Moore County head coach from 1987-1998. That could've been his silver ball.

West still runs through Lake County until proven otherwise.

MacKrylon would have nightmares of Sam Picket running a punt back by the punter still in follow through.

Not taking anything away from LC, just stating how crazy the 1A championship game would be with 2 offenses that were equipped with speed. I would like to see a high scoring championship game. Then, they will be blowing "anyone within 30 miles" out by next year and from 2 years onward will be battling it out with South Pitt on an annual basis for a while. Bullcrap. They barely beat Huntland, WITHOUT Stewart. City OC is a joke. They have the personnel, the athletes but will NEVER reach their potential until they get a real Offensive Coordinator. Hide and watch. Thomison has D1 talent and he isnt even utilized correctly. SP mops the field with City, not because of talent but because of coaching........but coaching doesnt matter... .. lol Edited September 11, 2020 by phil24
phil24
KJ will be a nightmare for opposing teams these next few years too but the OC will prob have him at the Blocking TE position. Lol

Lol You know a lot about city. I’m not ready to put it all on the OC but they certainly haven’t figured out their offense yet. And we get too many bad penalties. Everyone shares blame in that. I will agree that Thomison has D1 potential and I think KJ does too. Hope they get a chance to show it the next few years.
