i get wanting to be super aware of player safety, but what if a scout who came and watched a DB player came and watched the game and said wow boone has a few players that we may need to follow, things like that happen all the time, but i get that they dont want to take a risk of the virus, but also sullivan county health department has nothing to do with kingsport city schools and they said it wouldnt be an issue, idk maybe im just being sour because i donr get to go to the game tonight, it just seems like boone was ready to call it quits as soon as possible

You are completely right. The health department said there was no threat. DB did everything they were supposed to do. Boone was the only thing that could stop this game and they did. they should get a lose considering the health department said there was no reason this game couldnt be played. Hopefully we can find a game for tom. Powell???? i wish

Does anyone know of any other situations similar to DB? I’ve seen numerous teams cancel because a member of their team tested positive, but I haven’t heard of any similar situations to this one.

Ive not heard any. Most people wanna be on the field friday night. Boone didnt seem to wanna play this game at all. Give them a loss

No problem,I knew it was a top five smartas post before I ever typed it. Just couldn't help myself.All jokes aside,life is short and we might as well enjoy it even if there isn't a game we wanted to see.
