Meigs Co at McMinn Central

Hoping to see the Chargers competitive this week.  Meigs Co. got a good thing going, but would love to see a good game.

Your source may over exaggerate just a little bit. lol. Central had some teachers contact traced because they had been in close contact with ONE positive person. Students were not being sent home on Monday and most of the football team is virtual anyway. Game was never in jeopardy.

The game hasn't been in question and is still a go unless something changes between today and Friday.
Meigs was provided with 170 tickets, so there won't be many left over unless the players and cheerleaders parents don't take the two tickets that are available to them. I'm sure Central will quickly sell out what tickets they have available to their fans.

It's a great rivalry game with some classic games played between them in the past.

There sure have been some great ones over the years.  This used to be a huge rivalry, especially when these two teams were in the same district.

This game will be no more than a "glorified scrimmage"(imo). No disrespect to Central but maybe Meigs will have a bad game which would make a contest out of this matchup. Otherwise, it's a mercy rule game!

Two points I like here. Rivalry reminds of the rivalry between me and that policeman when I was carrying that load from Texarkana. Boy we had a good run. He wasn’t as tough when we were carrying that elephant.

Jboggs multimedia stream channel on YouTube *normally* streams all of centrals football and basketball games. So I would assume that’s one way we can watch. Don’t hold me to that, though. May not be the case in this strange year.

Moved into the Meigs area within the last 10 years. I'm sure I missed alot of good games between the two. Best game I remember is in 14 though they were a really good team and we made them work for it. I believe we lost by 5 pts that year.
