In the AP,  Peabody received 15 of 17 1st place votes.  That's a total of 150 points from those 15 votes.

Peabody received an overall vote total of 156 points.

So the 6 points from the remaining 2 voters that didn't give Peabody a 1st place vote went something like this:

A 5th place vote for 5 points AND a 10th place vote for 1 point.

                 OR

A 6th place vote for 4 points AND a 9th place vote for 2 points.

               OR

Two 8th place votes for 6 points.

This is just some things I like looking for when analyzing what is in front of me.

Its enough to make one go, Hmmm?

What sort of numbskull qualified to vote at all would place the Tide at #5 or lower... they should have to explain to someone or lose the privilige.

Whoever the 2 were it made the 2nd place team Meigs a lot closer in the vote total even after only pulling 2 of the 17 first place votes.

So in theory , it could be East bias to close the poll numbers...or it could be West manipulation to fire up the Peabody fan base.  Inside West job so to speak.
