both defenses have been good so far. brighton having some butterfingers. Special teams has been good for henry county. or bad for brighton lol however you wanna put it. HC doing a good job of turning short fields into points. brighton’s one big drive on offense negated by penalties and a lack of a kicking game.

on another note. these officials from what i can see are awful. they don’t know what they’re calling half the time. it’s like they’ve never called a football game before. so indecisive. and sooooooo many penalties being called. just let the kids play

well i’ll go ahead and take my L. HC has 31 at the half and will undoubtedly push 50+. i thought brighton would be able to get the run game going but anytime they get a good play there’s a penalty. nothing going their way. HC not having to do much to get points. short fields every drive

Henry County up 31-0 at the half. Henry County could legit be up 42-0 right now. I expect Brighton to at least score once on our 2nd string in the 2nd half. But then again idk. You cant be that one dimensional in the playoffs you just cant. Not against good teams. I hate seeing all the penalties but it is what it is.

brighton not being able to kick or throw has hurt them. and yes the penalties have been bad. especially when the refs have to take 5 minutes to discuss all of them. either call something or don’t. throwing the flags just to try and figure out what you saw is getting ridiculous

I totally agree with this. The officiating is terrible. It's starting to get annoying at this point

yup. there’s a flag on every other play. and some, if not most of them have been pretty weak calls. just let them play
