Barnhart, Helton, Malone then Boldin the talent was there. Going say 2012

I know you have a special place in your heart for the Tigers, but I haven’t seen that type of talent other than 2017 and 2018. They had talent in 2015, and 2016, but were extremely young.

True but Malone try to stack the schedule so it would like bad when Boldin took over and it backfired

Ross Ricki did that to Tim Moore with that 3a team up in KY.

Was he trying to stack the schedule by adding Trousdale? The rest of the teams weren’t that great. I’m not sure he was trying to do anything. He knew that team was going to be good the next two years just like most of us here on coachT knew it and called it.

He thought Signal was going to be good along with Polk and Boyd and everybody seen what happen

He thought he was going to be there when he scheduled those games.  He had Fayetteville on the schedule back then as well.

I think Cabell would have made a good HC if he’d stayed long enough.  There is a lot of talent in the little league but just never develops into high school or they move off.

Sounds like Community around here. Tons of youth league and middle school talent have equaled zero varsity success.
