He isnt like by some because he out works them. When there were opportunities to keep him they didn't treat him with the respect he deserved. They will change their tune the minute he is announced. You might try talking the ones who do the hiring.  They been after him for years and when that didn't work they went after his players.

Yep I just left Dyersburg at a play day. Looks like it is happening Monday if I had to bet.

Yes it is true talked to someone very close he is getting the job he is bringing his assistant from the middle school to take the pe position and his daughter will be his assistant at middle school

DC girls basketball was down before strayhorn was hired then he got Dyersburg kids. Think he will bring the kids back to Dyersburg. I don’t think McCord really cares about girls basketball just my opinion

Strayhorn is a worker and has done a lot for girls basketball in West Tennessee. He will do well at Dyersburg. Wherever the players end up they end up.

They end up where they end up is true but having a face in front of them doesn't hurt any. Besides working hard and love of the game,  he knows the kids. He will be successful and his kids will also.
