It's  a logical fit. He is a solid offensive and defensive line coach. He had success as a defensive coordinator here. Every coach is not cut out to be a head coach or run an offense. It's nothing personal but many good position coaches or coordinators bomb when given the opportunity to run an entire program.  Great idea!

We have the same type of athletes that won back to back region championships before we moved back west. I believe you were finishing 3rd or 4th every year we were over there. The only thing that has changed is our defensive coach is in charge and calling the offense now. The offense is worse and the defense has improved.  If you can't spell champagne, you probably can't afford.

Yall beat us by 1 point the last time you played us. 2016 yall got beat by marion that year 55-14. You actually stayed closer to Marion this year? Looks like the coach is about the same?

By the way, ask Cascade how they faired in the scrimmage against Westmoreland this past summer. I think they got past the line of scimmage 1 time. Yall play an easy schedule

Can’t really compare scores against teams 5 seasons apart to validate a coach. Forrest, Westmoreland, and East Robertson are all 3 about equal this year. though.

Forrest had 3 TDs and another huge play called back in that game for phantom penalties. It was a beatdown. Actual score was  41-12 range.

No one has disputed the strength of our region at any point this season.  You're 2-7 looking at another first round playoff exit,  a preseason scrimmage against Cascade was the high point of your season

Your weak schedule the past few years has given you a false sense of how strong your program is Im afraid. I do hear yall have an awesome atmosphere there for the size school you have

Forrest has 3 losses. One is from our 4th place team in our region that was one of our 2 wins. lol
