He is a solid offensive and defensive line coach. He had success as a defensive coordinator here. Every coach is not cut out to be a head coach or run an offense. It's nothing personal but many good position coaches or coordinators bomb when given the opportunity to run an entire program. I believe you were finishing 3rd or 4th every year we were over there. The only thing that has changed is our defensive coach is in charge and calling the offense now.
