Idk about soundly lol but yeah common sense prevails in an issue like this. Hardest schedule in the state and the results speak for itself. But your right the poll means squat

Cascade is not a top 10 team.

Theres 5 teams with a chance at gold. Meigs, TC, Marion. Westview, and Huntingdon. Maybe slide Watertown and Riverside in there. Thats 7. Memphis teams and far east teams usually dont make it past the 2nd round.

Far east will make it all the way to the semis this year since meigs moved in our district.

Tyner is the same.  Lost to #1 team in 3a, 1pt loss to the #1 team in 2a and a loss to the #4 team in 2a.  They haven't been ranked all year.

Tyner should be in top 10 as should Watertown
