Congrats to the Ganaway brother.

Heard it was a pwo but not 100% sure either way that's great and would love to see him in orange and white. Also heard TN is showing some interest in Kelly I assume if true as a pwo. He definitely got a lot of attention during the state game and all star game. I would love to see him in orange and white also.

Yep it’s a shame they don’t get the attention until the State game.  I understand the All-Star game.  Kelly has the work ethic so I believe he would succeed as a pwo.  However, I wish we had more go to one of the community colleges like Hutchinson’s or the one in Mississippi, then use those as a spring board to get a scholarship at an SEC school and still have 2-3 years of eligibility.

Anybody want to see the difference in 40 time and football speed watch Kelly run the Ga.commit down from behind in the Oakland game in the first qt. Thought some of y'all would have mentioned that.

From what I understand it was a scholarship offer.

    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
