Even with all his victories, I don't think Coach Tucker ever succeeded in defeating the Tomcats, but I'd have to do a little research to confirm that.

Edit:  I just looked it up.  While at Milan and Humboldt, Tucker was 0-4 against the Tomcats.

Unless you guys see each other in the playoffs, I do not think you will have to worry with the purple dogs anymore after this season.

@TigersandcatsThanks!  I was glad to see the Tigers got back on track last night.

Thanks. They did get back on track. A win is a win, but I’m glad that’s put it away early and didn’t show any affects of the defeat from last week. I hope the loss woke them up and finish the regular season strong.

your Tomcats have got a dynamic football team!

    • And that needs to go, Charter ,private ,magnet, city and any school that operates differently than pure public schools should be separated. What really needs to be done is address urban and rural. About all the usual powers have access to several kids from other schools period.
    • Sad deal. Hate it. So the coach that kicked her off is now fired??
    • Slightly off topic from a gender standpoint but just observed several boys volleyball games in the Knoxville area for a short spring season. The guys seemed to have a great time. There were several club players on each team but several football, basketball and tennis players involved. Knoxville Catholic, Maryville, Heritage, Knoxville West maybe William Blount had teams. Thanks to Coach Brent Carter from Knoxville Catholic/K2 for getting it together. I’m sure the coaches involved got several laughs trying to coach guys that really had no idea what they were talking about but pretty athletic and competitive. Catholic’s best basketball player told the coach he had played a lot of 2:3 and 1:3:1 but never a 3:3 LOL Maybe it will catch on with some more schools next year.
