Oh yeah, that’s definitely what it means. Kinda the same way Collierville, Dobyns-Bennett, and Bartlett always mop up in 6A.

To be Honest I think Oak Ridge should move down to 4A

It will give them a much better shot to win a Gold Ball

Look at Greeneville, they never got past the Quarterfinals in 5A

They moved down to 4A and have 6 Gold Balls (2 3-Peats)

so there, but yeah you should seriously consider moving down to 4A, it gives yall the best chance at winning a Gold Ball

Also in 4A, you would become one of the Frontrunners, and maybe even the frontrunner to win the 4A Gold Ball

consider all of that

Only problem i see with that is greeneville is still in 4a.

You can't "choose" to move down.  Your enrollment numbers determine when you move down.  You can "choose" to move up.
