Understand what you're saying, but a good defense always gives you a chance.  And their defense is pretty stout.

Defense is stout I agree. I just worry whenever they run into a team that can put up some points if their offense will be good enough to win a shootout. Their offense is always the downfall. They’re good enough to run the ball against the teams they’re playing now but whenever the playoffs come and they can’t run the ball as efficiently will their passing game be good enough. In the past that’s always been the flaw while caines been the coach. Great coach but offensively they are very vanilla.

Hopefully, the passing game continues to develop. The QB and the recievers are good enough to make plays. Have to make a focused effort to work on it during games though. First couple of games, the run game was working well and did not really go away from it. Last week, while one of the TDs was through the air, still would have liked to seen them open it up a little more. Like you said, gonna have to do it sometime.

That’s what killed them last year. They could run the ball on anyone but we had no passing attack. It really cost them against east hamilton at the end of the game, which cost us the season. Maybe should’ve started chaffin as a freshman

Is this team really what we think they are? I mean they’re good but fayetville and livingstons combined record is 0-8 now. Macon and lebanon are quality wins but what should we expect when the bees play a very tough opponent. I’m not bashing the bees I’m just a little concerned

Livingston is one of the worst teams in Tennessee.  I'd be concerned.

    • I have no clue if Derek tried to talk some since into his dad or not about staying here. All he is going to accomplish is going from the oven to the frying pan. If I were the coach all Ale would freze over before I set back and watched one of my good players leave without a fight.
    • If this is true, South Gibson is taking a big chance. Passing on an experienced coach for a guy who has never coached at the high school level is a high risk move, especially in that district and region.
    • Dorian Eskridge was HVA's best back, 2011
    • Jo Byrns was a very solid team last year. Imo, I thought they presented the biggest challenge for us on our path to winning it all last year. I expect them to be in the conversation and one of the final few teams playing in Murfreesboro
    • I'm not sure you understand anything if you think DB's career and AD's career are comparable.  This is a terrible take.   Not to slight AD, He was a good player and he got better as he matured after high school.   But Desean had over 8,000 yards in HS and was a two-time Mr. Football.
