He did some looking around south of Upperman but he is staying in Putnam county.

Honestly I’m surprised he has stayed this long. Figured he would only stay a couple seasons then move on to bigger job. Gonna be interesting how things are next year, losing a ton of experience from that senior class. Even tho it was small almost every single one of them started for either 3 years or 2 most of them going both ways. And that schedules not gonna be easy that’s for sure

I would say the line is going to be our biggest concern. We have the athletic kids for sure.

I’ve heard the line is very undersized. I would say some athletes, but not as much as usual. I hope our running back is fully healed up and ready to go at the start of the season, but coming off that acl is gonna be tough. Great player and great kid as well

It’s also gonna be another tough year in region. Macon returning a lot as well as dekalb.

Don't forget White County joined the region as well. Not sure how good they will be, but it will make getting to playoffs that much more difficult.

White county is a strong team. How do you think they’ll be without Dowell tho?

They will be down a bit. Lose 20+ seniors including Dowell. The competition level drops a bit however from the previous region so that will help them.. the senior class is small  but the junior class is pretty strong with probably one of the best players in Middle Tennessee in Tripp Pinion. Sophomore and Freshman classes will be very strong and have a chance to be special in the coming years.

Pinion is a special talent. How’s their O line looking. They usually have good size upfront, something that Upperman will lack this year
