they have the #'s but not the athletes majority of the better ones leave the county at some point. The Athletic Program has been a joke for awhile. The hire of Coach Hayworth was a step in the right direction though!

They won 7 games last year in 6A ball.. I believe it will be a lot closer

they played 5-A last yr the best win was against Coffee County , combined record of the next 6 wins is 13-49, 6 of those wins came came from Chat Central. That's with a decent SR group.

They had 3 elite seniors that led that team. i think 2 of them were in the 4.4 range of speed

My mistake… for some reason I thought they were 6A

Jumped over to 5A threads and was shocked there was no SP VS FC . FC should have more interest in their program than that… I wonder why that is?

It's that way with a lot of 5/6A schools. You'll notice that this boards is more active than that one is

I know a bunch of people over the mountain and most fish and hunt. Could care less about football.

Yes, but there's a lot of good hunting and fishing over there. Or, at least there used to be. I can only assume it is still that way.
