The pass interference at the end of the game to get y’all in the red zone was definitely not Pi lol.

Yes, it was, the defender ran over the back of the receiver. Strong contact. I watched the play back several times on the monitor in the press box. It was a Good call. Plus, the defender never turned around for the ball.

I have too, so it seems we never come to mutual agreement but the whole game was crazy.

and also you said the lights went out because they were on the “timer” well if that’s the reason how come, it took almost 12 minutes for the “timer” to get turned back on??

I will have to admit I did not expect the game to be that close last night.  I give it to Bearden their running backs was running hard.  The referring last night and Ravenwood  was horrendous!  Now the two turnovers and several dropped key passes on certain drives killed Us. Alcoa was not on the top of their game, granted it was very hot, and I seen the turf was 132 degrees.  Offense play calling has got to be better.  Utilize ALL of the ATHLETES  we have and not just the 3 stars and 4 star players.!!!! Be balanced not predictable.

I believe in clean games over fixed games maybe Alcoa knows nothing about that would make sense, but something I would recommend looking into.

Alcoa home Refs are always horrendous thought they have fixed it this year but seems not.

I agree, Bearden is stout on the Line of Scrimmage and have two outstanding Running Backs. They are a great team.

We might win 5 games. Jones brought in a bunch of punks.

id rather see true Bearden kids playing.

just my opinion.

I would like to know which students you are referring to as punks, especially from an outsider looking into the Beardrn high school program, even though you would like to claim your beard and fan for some reason.

    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
