Bearden really blew this one. Up 13-10 with 5 min left, 1st and goal at the 1. Fumbled exchange, and Alcoa recovers. Tornadoes go 99 yards to take the lead.

It's on diamond clear. I think they have to give that play back to bearden. The lights went out in the middle of the play.

You forgot to mention the Bearden pass was caught at the 28 according to someone on Twitter.

Ha! My heart was racing.....thought my lights got turned off.

Crazy game. Alcoa with too many penalties and mistakes. 2 turn overs really hurt in the first half.

Going 99 yards in the 4th Quarter and running the clock was big.

this whole game was so strange.

 

Alcoa was the only team to get called for chirping, even though both teams it a lot. 

 

The pass interference at the end of the game was 100% not pass interference. 
 

The lights mysteriously go out, the completed pass near the 20 I believe was called back. 
 

There was no roughing the kicker on Alcoa when Bearden had the ball to make it 16-10.
 

Alcoa never got a penalty for the lights going out even though the board didn’t go out so that means the power didn’t go out.

 

and the clock didn’t reset, even though five seconds, ran off from when the lights went out.

 

refereeing is a dying breed, and we need the next generation to continue to have a referees and carry the legacy but I gotta say this game doesn’t help the looks for referees….
