If both teams are healthy this should be a clinton win. Clinton playmaker Keith IMO  would would give LC defense a fit. But IMO Clinton does have trouble in 4th quarter endurance. If Clinton has a comfortable lead they might weather the storm.  This does look like it could be a good game to watch. Dont bet the farm either way.

The word on the qb must not be good.  Wed. now and nobody knows anything?  That is hard to believe.

I joke about Clinton on here alot, and give them a hard time. In all seriousness, I sincerely hope #3 is okay, he had over 500 lbs land on his back and drove him into the turf, plus he landed on the ball.   It looked really bad at the time on tv.  I have heard bruised ribs, extremely painful for sure, but I hope that's all and nothing's broken.

Yeah hope he is doing fine he's so talented.I have had multiple rib fractures. That is very painful. In other words if don't have to move your body or breath deep, your ok. But we have to move for everything even breathing.

I haven't heard anything. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if he starts Friday night. His backup is #5 and he played some against Campbell County and looked pretty good.

Still no word on Keith I guess.  Its Friday. I think the Dragons are in big trouble at LC if he doesn't play. He is their leader and best player, and he can make things happen even with a busted play. LC runs the ball pretty weill as I gather from this thread. Can Clinton's defense get them off the field? If Keith doesn't play can the backup (#5?) move the team for scores?

Those are all very good questions. We will just have to wait and see what our amazing coaching staff has drawn up for tonight.  I'm sure they will have something up their sleeve.

    • Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
