City of Manchester proposed building there own high school several years ago, but the study never went very far. Warren County is in a similar situation with Coffee County, both have large enrollments. Cumberland County was once a large 6A school, when they built Stone Memorial, that split the enrollment, both schools are now 4A. The split has been more beneficial to Stone Memorial in football.
