This Springfield guy came to Carthage expecting to see a good game. Looks like only one team showed up. Groves had around 233 yards total offense in the first quarter. 
A friend of mine in the stands said that in their first meeting earlier in the year that all the TV timeouts helped the Smith County guys stay rested. No tv timeouts tonight and East is putting on a butt kicking.

i heard the same thing about the tv timeouts. that rest is an advantage when a guy like groves is on the other side of the ball
