Nowell is originally from the Germantown part of Memphis too.  Memphis breeds some of the best basketball players in the Nation

Tennessee High plays in the consolation final on Saturday against Daniel Boone.

Harlan County will be the favored to win their region and make a state tournament appearance at Rupp.  Trent Noah is engine that makes them go.  He draws a lot of fouls and cashes in at the charity stripe. He will show well at the Arby’s.

He put up 37 against Oak Ridge in game one. Should be a step in competition up later today against Kell. Can’t wait to see it.

Maryville 66, Dobyns Bennett 44.

Red Rebels will play Independence tomorrow. The Indians are eliminated.
