I don’t generally do this. But please someone explain to me how this is an appropriate call.

The call is initially for potentially dangerous. He immediately calls for injury time and Posey quickly says he’s good to go and is then DQ. Coach Miller goes to the table where the ref says “He isn’t going to argue with me”. Yet it was ruled an Inj Def on track wreslting.

Here’s the video. Your thoughts?

What did he say to the ref that pissed him off?  Definitely not an injury default.

It was stopped for potentially dangerous and he called for injury time. Posey said no I’m good and he dq’d him and ruled it an injury default.

Honestly I have no idea. None.

He had to say more than that..if not I don’t get that either.

The video is right there. You tell me if Posey was being malicious in any way towards the ref….enough to warrant a dq then ruled an injury default (how he dq’d then ruled inj def is beyond me).

he looks just as confused as the situation progresses.

Oh I agree…it doesn’t look that way. I heard the ref say not to argue with him…not sure what was said but apparently he didn’t like it. He should have let them wrestle and took a team point at most. Im sure Pete had a discussion with him to find out.

Didn't see this one but I walked over to watch a couple AC vs PF matches while waiting on Halls/Cleveland.

PF kid broke an AC kids finger,  on purpose.  AC kid holds his up his hand to the ref,  finger is straight sideways.  Ref looked at him,  said "I didn't see it,  you need to finish wrestling."  No injury time.

Refs were generally ok, but man when they were bad,  they were really bad.  Won't even try to keep kids safe. To add insult to injury,  PF coach made fun of it.

I reffed for a few years. The best advice I was given was by Jim Gabriel. He said “if you do your job right nobody should even know you were there”.

it felt like they wanted to be seen today.
