Hodge has messaged underclassmen saying his good byes. Dresden will struggle next year or two but there is a lot of talent from middle school to high school coming up. Hope they give the job to Ben Carter. Young coach with alot of upside.

I figured you knew he messaged the team but like I said I have no insight into the team anymore. Guess I'll have to play in the Rebel football fund raiser at that terrible golf course in McKenzie. lol

The bigger question, McKenzie has no staff at all. Comer gutted the place. Who will even be staying at Dresden?

I hope this is true as Coach Keith Hodge would definitely be a good coach for the McKenzie Rebels.

Officially, only two resignations have been submitted. Both Comer's.

Crocodile tears are flowing over at the County Seat but makes perfect sense. Better facilities, more money, closer drive and a team that's going back to Chatanooga no matter who is probably coaching them. Dresden is in a bad spot cause the talent is going to be down next 3 years and going to be tough to recruit a proven winning coach to take on that challenge. Look for Westview to put it on Dtown pride hard the next 3 years (40+ points)

Good hire for McKenzie and a tough loss for Dresden.  I agree I think Ben Carter would be a great hire for Dresden.
