D-B typically does ALL home games, football and basketball on YouTube.  Not sure if they will be allowed to do playoff games however.

Edit:  Looks like it will be at this link:

I didn’t think the TSSAA would let them stream playoff games but I sure hope you’re right! Maybe they’ve changed their position on that.

As I understand it Cleveland is very well coached. So, they might have the edge there. As usual, Stacy Carter has put all his eggs in one basket. Stop that one player and you have an excellent chance of beating Science Hill. Farragut turned the corner after game 5. Any team that can have a 21-0 lead on Maryville at halftime is legit. Thats defense and offense. I'd call both games a tossup.

I think Maryville was definitely lethargic for the first half of the Farragut game but DB better not take them lightly, Farragut looked much better than when I saw them at the beginning of the season.  Go DB !

I was seeing the ghost of Graham Clark in that last 5 minutes. DB just quit playing, couldn't get men on and off the field, couldn't get lined up. It's game 11 not game 1. Franklin probably saved them with that interception returned for a TD. And a great block on that play by Tyree Thomas. I think he pushed that Farragut player 30 yards down field. Thats called not giving up on a block. Oh well, not pretty but still not as close as I thought it would be. If money could buy pass defense, I'd pay for it. We haven't been good at it for 30 years. If you're a DB fan you just have to live with it.

Nice job DB, good first round win over an improved Farragut team. Now it gets a lot tougher fast, Bearden is loaded with recruits and they have fast receivers and running backs and the quarterback is finding his way becoming more accurate on his throws. How good is the DB secondary, we are about to find out....DB has to control the ball, run the ball and play some really good defense. I will go with the recruits to win this one, but I hope DB wins,

I guess you didn't read my post above. We haven't had a descent secondary since the invention of the forward pass. Our pass defense has always consisted of getting pressure on the quarterback. Farragut had 277 yrds. passing last night.

    • What’s sad Barney is the cards in the deck are stacked against them.  With the success the MAVS are having just down I-75, any talented players are heading that way. I always said what the Price twins did there was second to none, making the playoffs and winning a playoff game is the ceiling there. On a great year, maybe a q-final appearance but that is a big stretch.  Finding a coach there is very tough. I feel for the new coach, he’s in a very bad situation and I’m not sure he even realizes it. I understand he wants to be positive and have hope, but I don’t see them scratching a win. Maybe he will prove me wrong.
    • I agree, 2A is the only class in thet state where the west side of the bracket is tougher, not taking anything away from Marion county at all but they should run that side for years to come
    • Should be a big week in Dayton coming up with the 100th anniversary of the Scopes Monkey Trial.
    • AE has a lot of new transfers and a very good incoming freshman class to mess with the current players.  That's why I'm saying don't sleep on AE.  Many are thinking they can't get back to their winning ways but I think this 2025 team will open a lot of eyes and let the state know, AE won't be an easy win anymore.
