whats happening at 189

i haven't seen many good wrestlers from 189 this season in my area other than wessler from shelbyville who is very talented and paco from cookeville who is good but defeatable

pual campbell is a beast from soddy daisy. i dont see anyone in tennessee beating him. but anything can happen. your right that is weight is weak from what ive seen.

That kid from Bradley won the Huntsville Tournament, I think his name was John Cooper. He could be turn out ok just cause he's from Bradley. I agree tho, Paul Campbell is a beast this year.

Cothran from Fairview, the Region champ at 171 last year moved up to 189.

Cothran of Fairview was beaten bad twice at the Kenwood Klassic.

Paul Campbell is the best in the state. In D2, Blake Goodman is the one to beat, or maybe its Blake Luttrell, whichever is 189. Flynt Rudolph is hurt right now but he will be another solid McCallie wrestler, look for him to challenge MBAs guy for state.

I have to disagree with you on the guy from shelbyville. I saw him wrestle today and he didn't show me much. He can be beat by anyone who has some strength and knows how to work some moves. I know what I am talking about to. I wrestled 189 a couple of years. He can become very good if he is able to control himself and learn some more moves.

Curious as to who beat cothran at Kenwood. He looked good at Franklin the other night picked up franklin's wrestler over his head, brought him down like he was tucking him in for the night, and pinned him.
