Who are some great upcoming seniors?

Mark Barnwell (Cumberland Co.) is an excellent linebacker a little undersized but finds the football .... could play safety at the next level

If Alex Rouse is able to come back 100% for his injured knee he will be one of the best QBs in the state; maybe the best. He is hands down the best QB on the team. The soph. that played this year did a nice job, but he is not in Alex's league.

 

Alex is 6'3" can fly and has a great arm. As good as Maryville's offense was this year they would have been incredible with Alex at QB.

Wide Receiver Kevyn Murray from Franklin High- 1st full season at Franklin and was all midstate.

Adam November out of JCM,DE or LB,i'm not reall sure what he will play his senior year but he is strong hard-hitting defensive player.He also runs kicks back pretty good.

Stevie Buckner the full back from Cookeville, should be up there with the other super seniors. He has the combination of speed, strenght, and field vision. Hopefully he can help lead the cavs to another region title next year.

We have a great bunch of Seniors upcomming all of us will be starters except prolly one or two. Most of our guys are lineman and will be starting. With that in mind we will have alot better stronger and faster line than we did last year and , we should be a great bunch of guys to watch for the year 2003.

buckner from Cookeville should be one of the best. he weighs a good 20 sometimes 215, and wants to run over you more than you want to even try to touch him.

Maryville has Chris McCord, Tyler Gaskin (off mvp of 2002 bcb), Andrew Hodge, and Rouse.

Defense: Brandon Fanney, Emmanuel Frederick, Kaleb Goforth

 

Offense: Adam Shockley, Charles Rucker

Hampton will have Mitchell Morton at QB, Eric Swain back at flanker, both were really impressive last year, and should connect for alot more long gains this year. Hampton has a bunch of sophomores and juniors, looks good for the future.

if maryville benches cade thompson and puts rouse at QB then they make a mistake. Cade was only a sophmore, and made remarkable progress from week 1 to week 15. He still has 2 more years bright years of learning and playing ahead of him. Rouse should be moved to WR or DB. He may be a better QB than Thompson, but after sitting out a year and looking on what Cade did this year, it would be hard to bench him. Rouse is an athlete w/ speed, WR or DB/S would be a perfect fit for him.
